Worst customer service ever

    Would like to share my expierience with Tesco bank. I deposited cheque ( from HMRC) on 24th February, money has cleared on 10th March. This morning 13th March checking my online banking, it says cheque amendment -£768.86 out of my account. Leaving me without any money at all. I have 5 kids, i have to pay my rent today...i have no money at all. Contacting Tesco bank, they said cheque has been lost, and there is nothing they can do. Spoke with manager, and she said i have to contact Revenue to get a copy of cheque. How it comes, they left me without money i had on my account and lost the cheque. Because of you, i can stay without house, as i can't make a payment. Worst bank ever. Worst customer service ever. For sure will close my tesco bank accounts asap.
