Mobile app not working on Android version 6.0.1

    I have registered for mobile banking and have accessed my account successfully from both ab Apple device and a Windows PC. However, when I try to use the mobile app for the first time, it always fails after I have entered the password. It stats my account is locked. I am 100% sure the password entered is correct as it works fine on the two other devices. Any ideas? Many thanks

    Hi , sorry to see that you're having trouble using the banking app. Can you please send a private message to with your full name, DOB and postcode (with a space between each character) so that we can check to see if there are any issues from our end? If you have any screenshots of the error message appearing that would also be helpful.
