Direct Debit has not been taken

    Hi


    I have a Tesco loan and have a direct debit set up for the 1st of every month. The funds are available in my bank yet the direct debit has not been taken? I took the loan out last March (2016) and had a 2month payment break and have never missed a payment and now I'm a little concerned as I may be classes as missing a payment? Any advice would be helpful!

    Hi , as you have a Direct Debit set up to pay on the 1st of each month, when this falls on a weekend, it will take on the next working day and no late marker will be applied. If the payment doesn’t take by the end of the day today then please give our team a call on 0345 600 6016, available Mon – Fri 8am – 10pm and weekends 9am – 5pm so we can look into this for you.
