Changing log-in

    I have forgotten my password for my account at the Tesco Bank, and need to change it. I do not provide Tesco with a link to this notebook, as Tesco will then want to use a cookie (or similar) and I from time to time clear cookies as part of good maintenance. Tesco therefore insists on sending me a text-message. Unfortunately, we live in a part of the country in which text-messages may take an hour or more to arrive, and the Tesco texts have a life of only 10 minutes. The obvious alternative is to telephone for help, but the telephone-number still being given by Tesco, 0345 300 3111, is no longer a vaild number. Can anyone help ?

If you call that number our team can get this sorted for you. Can you let us know where you found the other number and we'll look to get it updated?
