Good morning,I applied for a joint loan last friday and it said it had been accepted. However you are sending paperwork out and check for next steps. What are the next steps needed as we are waiting on this loanThanks

I applied online, certain it was approved. Would expect an email or at least some acknowledgement. It says money would appear same day but now I actually have no way to check on loan status as Tesco doesn't send anything immediate through, no number no nothing...a bit unusual these days. How can I know if it's been approved or do I just have to sit tight and wait for the money to appear?

We don't send out any email confirmation to say that we've received your application I'm afraid, however, you can call our Loans team on 0345 600 6016, available Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm and they will be more than happy to provide you with an update on your application

In the message explaining your situation, include your name, date of birth and postcode.
For details like your DOB and postcode we ask for you to format it with additional spaces, i.e. A B 1 2 C D and 2 4 1 0 2 0 1 6, otherwise the information is removed by the system.
