Temporary password to log on

    I tried logging in a month ago but I was told I needed a temporary password, I requested one via Txt message but never received it, I gave up and called direct, I was sent a password via post which I used to log on.Today I go to log on and I'm back to square one being asked for verifaction and once again I'm not receiving a txt when I request one. What on earth is going on here ? My mobile number is correct but my landline is differant to the one stated even though I corrected this a month ago when I called direct .

    Hi @wasntme, I'm really sorry to hear that you've problems logging back into your account. When you go to log in, is it saying that the computer/device isn't recognised or that the security is locked? If it's unrecognised, then a one-time access code can be sent to your mobile instead of your landline. If the security number or password has been locked though, that option won't be available.

    If you send a private message via our @Tesco-Bank account with your name, DOB, postcode and mobile number, we can check on the security for you. When you send your details, please add extra spaces between the characters, like A B 1 2 C D etc.
