Change of phone number verification code

    I'm sorry to hear that you've had issues with the website . All you'll need to know is the answer to the security questions that you've previously set up. Once you confirm two digits from your security number and two of your security questions, a member of the team will be able to update your mobile number.     I’ve tried calling on several occasions to change my phone number but it always says there is a high demand of calls. I need to change my contact number to get the verification code.

    I have recieved a letter explaining Tesco have tried to contact me about my account. However, I am fully aware my mobile number needs changing and I've tried several times to contact the bank and have been unable to get through. I can't log on to my account because I no longer have the recognised device and I don't have the security number. I need to speak to someone to change my contact number and recieve a security number. I requested for this to be sent last week in the post. Any idea how long it will take? I urgently need to access my account and have spent the last two weeks trying to get hold of someone to still remain unsuccessful.
