i want to find out my loan balance with a view to taking out a new loan .how can i do this as i cant find loan agreement

If you've got a note of your sortcode and account number then you could register for online banking which would allow you to log in and view your balance online. If you don't have these, you can give our Loans team a call on the number above and they'll be able to confirm the balance to you
