Loan Help

    Hi im a bit unsure.. I got a loan from here in October and I've been paying monthly for it ever since.. I'm looking back to find out how much I have left to pay and I haven't received any documentation or any emails for me to find out so I'm unable to register online for online banking? Any ideas what to do?

    The loan welcome pack we sent out back when your loan was confirmed would include these details, but if you've not got them any longer that's okay!
    We can take a look at this and send it for you if you contact us on our Tesco Bank Facebook page or Twitter account @tescobankhelp - just include your full name, DOB and postcode when private messaging us.
    Alternatively, my colleagues in the Loans team can confirm your account details when you call them and go through security - they're open 8am - 8pm through the week and 9am - 5pm at weekends on 0345 600 6016.
