What's happened with my money transfer

    Yesterday I made a transfer from my Tesco bank account to my current account of £38.62 to pay my overdraft, I checked my current account this morning and somehow my money still hasn't gone into my current account yet yesterday it said the transfer was successful so where has my money gone to if not to my current account where I was meant to be sent.

    Hi @Nicholash1 , thanks for getting in touch. When you make a transfer before 5pm, the money should be in your designated account by 5pm the next working day. If the transfer is made after 5pm, it can take two working days to arrive.

    If you made the transfer on Monday, then the money should be in your current account today, as long as the transfer details were entered correctly. If nothing arrives today, call our team on 0345 300 4278, available, and they'll look into this for you.
