Hi , thanks for getting in touch. To open up a fixed rate saver you must be 18 years of age or over I'm afraid. However, we do offer other Savings accounts that you can open for your granddaughter. We have an instant access account which can be used as a custodian account and we also have a junior ISA which requires parental guidance to be opened. request by law enforcement or other government agencies;
a request by you;

Rights to content
