Can't register for online banking as forgotten telephone banking security questions

    I'm trying to register for online banking and it says I've previously registered for telephone banking and must answer two security questions I set up at the time. I have no idea of the answers as haven't used telephone banking for years. When I click on forgotten answers link it just takes me to FAQs which is no help. How do I get registered for online banking. It's so frustrating!

    Hi , I'm sorry you've been having trouble online! If you're unsure of the answers to your security questions then we'll need to arrange to reset them, allowing you to then complete the registration journey.
