Help with a letter I keep receiving..

    Hi there, I keep getting a letter through the post saying Tesco's have tried to contact me about my account, but that the message couldnt be delivered because they dont have a correct phone number for me. I dont understand how this is possible, as Tesco texts me a verification code everytime I log in and my numbers are correct online. I have gone online anyway and 'updated' the number (rekeyed it), yet I keep receiving this letter. I am reluctant to call the phone number on the letter to discuss, incase it's fraudulent. So can anyone help as to why I keep getting sent this? Many thanks
