Locked out from online banking

    Maybe edit the first post to also give the internet helpdesk telephone number 0345 300 3511 for immediate TSN to be sent. I assumed it would be sent by txt but apparently it needs to be posted if requested via PM. You should make this clear on the post so people know it won't be as quick as ringing. In my case it's non urgent so I can wait for snail mail but if people only have one bank this may not be the case. People could be wasting their time and yours sending / replying to messages when they need to get back online urgently.
