Payment Dispute

    Hi - I'm not sure if you can help me but I have been advised it's worth a go. I have had two payments taken out through some accomodation from booking.com which I am currently disputing as their app allowed me to select accomodation that wasn't 'cancellation free' when i had selected 'cancellation free' only! I wrote to them immediately through their app messaging service which was all that was available when i realised, which was on 27th Dec so no one was working in their company. I have been back and forth with automated reponses and no help and they took two payments out from my card immediately. Is there anything you can do to help get the payments back?
