Cheque still not deposited.

    I posted a cheque deposit on Saturday, so it would have arrived on Monday, but it hasn't been deposited to my account yet and today is Thursday. It should have been deposited on Monday and nearly cleared by now. I don't like to have to post it because it takes Tesco Bank so long to deposit them to my account, but as I've raised before, I seem to live in an area surrounded by multiple Tesco's (there are five within 15 minutes of my house) yet none of them do customer service banking. Yet some areas have multiple Tesco's which all do it (Stevenage and Baldock are only 10 minutes apart yet they both do customer service banking). It would be helpful if at least one of the Bishop's Stortford/Harlow/Great Dunmow stores did it, it would be a lot quicker and easier. Surely it wouldn't be too difficult to do this considering how many people live in this area and the quantity of stores. Ther service isn't spread out equally.

You can send us your full name, DOB and postcode and we can look into this. Please ensure all personal details are sent with a space between each of the characters – L I K E T H I S.
