Hi all, I applied online for a loan and got told further checks needed. Since this i've got a text saying your loan has been approved and documents are being sent out. Can i not digitally sign for this to get funds quickly? Thanks.

Good afternoon, When I applied for my Tesco Bank Loan just over two years ago I can't recall there being an option to digitally sign the documents; it was possible to have the paperwork sent out via a courier but that attracted a fee (from memory). According to Tesco Bank's website you can only sign digitally if you apply online and are eligible; it looks like this wasn't an option to you because your application was referred for further checks, sorry: If you've been approved, you'll receive some important documents within five days, which you'll need to check, sign and return to us.Once we're happy with the information you've sent, we'll fully approve your loan and pay the money into your bank account. If you apply online, you’ll get an immediate decision and, if eligible, can digitally sign your loan agreement with us. We’ll then use Faster Payments to send the money directly to your bank account.

    - thanks for the response, this is right.

Hopefully the documents will arrive quickly then once we receive them back, the funds will be sent via Faster Payment straight to your account.

Can I ask that you accept chaddman's response so that this is stored for other customers?

    Thanks
