Hey everyone I just recently took out a new loan with Tesco which included paying off the remainder of an old Tesco loan. All has gone great however the monthly payment for my old loan has come off my account. The advisor told me this may happen and it would bee refunded but wondered how long this would take and if I need to notify them this has happened. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi , the direct debit should be returned within five working days. If it's gone past the five days, call us on 0345 600 6016, available 8am - 10pm through the week and 9am - 5pm at the weekend and our team can help.
