I got accepted for a loan online yesterday, did the online signature thing and assumed all was sorted but had no correspondence via email at all? Is this usual? Please advise?

Hi, we don't send any email confirmation following an application and would be in contact either via phone call or text message within 48 hours of acceptance. However, if you message us privately @Tesco-Bank , we'll check the status of your application for you.

I got approved for a loan on Friday but have not heard anything. I did not do the electronic signature. Please can you provide me with an update on the status?

Thanks for getting in touch . We don't send out emails when you apply and I'm afraid you wouldn’t be able to digitally sign if the option was not presented to you. If your application has been passed to our Assessment team, they'll call you in the next two to three working days with an update. If you don't hear anything, call us on 0345 600 6016, available 8am - 10pm through the week and 9am - 5pm at the weekend.

After ringing giving my details they said not gone through but for my husband to ring up also ,,, God hope it hasn't because it was a joint application and can't be told on behalf of my husband ?

Hi there, I applied for a loan a few hours ago but am unsure how it works? I filled it all out and it said approved got to get final info or something along those lines. On some of the paperwork it says this acts as a digital signature, again along those lines. But forgot to write down application number, would this be a problem? Should I be looking at getting the money within 24 hours? Thank you.
