Just got new razer phone and I cannot install the mobile app
Is this an android issue or a fault with the app

I think it's nougat it's says android version 7.1

Hi, I've also bought a Razer phone and get a message on the Google Play store stating "your device isn't compatible with this version", so there's no option to download the app.

This should be a quick 5 minute fix by adjusting the play store settings in the developer console - it would be a shame to have to cancel 4 accounts with Tesco Bank for something so simple :(

Hi. I have the razer phone running Oreo 8.1 and it says the app is not compatible with my device and doesn't give me the option to install.

Hi , thanks for contacting us. I've passed on your comments to our app team. However, the phone is not currently compatible with the Razer. Unfortunately our app may not be compatible with all android devices due to their differences. If the situation changes then we will let you know here.
