Hi I uninstalled my app due to my details changing, now when I got to play store it says it snot compatible with my phone. How can that be? It was working fine until now.

I'm using a Huawei Mate 10 pro. NOT rooted! Every other banking app works perfectly, only Tesco can't be downloaded.

Please help!

I've tried all of that nothing works, I spoke to your customer service and told you're not supporting Chinese handsets which is a real shame. Huawei is a globally recognised brand.

I have a new Huawei Honor 9 lite running Android 8.0 which also appears to be incompatible with the Tesco bank mobile app. Tesco bank seems to be the only banking app unavailable as I have been able to successfully install banking apps for M&S bank, HSBC, TSB, Halifax and Barclays. Are there plans to rectify this issue?

Hi Sue, we're aware of an issue where some people get a "Device not compatible" error message in the Google Play Store when trying to download our Mobile App, can you please try the workarounds that we have suggested here - https://community.tescobank.com/t5/M...-comments/true and let us know how you get on!
