cannot access my account

    After months of trying, I still cannot access my account. I received a temporary security number by post yesterday but this was not recognised and i am locked out again. Why it cannot be texted when i answer all security questions i dont know. We are just going round and round in circles and i still cannot access my account. I have sent a private message. Then resent with spaces in the postcode. Please can someone help me access my account. I need my money!

    I've since replied to your private message . Our system will lock out on the 3rd attempt of your security being incorrectly entered, I'm afraid. We can send the code via text when you call, providing you have passed the relevant level of security. If you choose to call then my colleague can stay on the line with you until you're logged in again.
