I applied for a loan yesterday was just wandering if there were any updates as I only received an application number **sensitive info removed**, it never mentioned what was next, if I had been approved or if anything further was needed. Could this be looked at please.

Hi , when applying for a Loan we provide an on-screen decision where you'll either be accepted, declined or application referred. I'm sorry if you've missed this!

We don't send email confirmation when applying for any of our products, so you should expect to hear from us via post by Monday at the latest. If you'd like to know the outcome a lot sooner then please call us on 0345 600 6016, anytime between Mon-Fri: 8am-10pm and Sat-Sun: 9am-5pm and my colleagues will discuss this with you - Ash

The image indicates your application is currently going through our checking process, and is nothing to worry about; if we require more information from you we'll call at some point today. However, normally we'd contact you via post if no further information was needed hence Monday being the latest day I'd expect you to hear back from us - Ash
