Make it easy to complain

    Your complaints page says that you aim to make it easy to complain. I am so irritated and frustrated by your website that I DO want to complain - yet when I go to your complaints page and click the link to find out how to get in touch I just get taken round again back to the beginning of the loop. EXCEPTIONALLY poor web design! You neeed a BIG button that says I WANT TO COMPLAIN, that takes you straight to a form to fill in. You may get fewer complaints if you make it very hard to complain - but that is not the same as having fewer dissatisfied customers.

    Our Complaints page explains that "If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your product or the service we provide you can contact us in writing or by phone". However, I'm sorry if you've missed this. I can register your complaint here, although I'd need you to get in touch privately via our account to do so. Please ensure you include your full name, DOB and postcode (in the same format as shown below) along with details of your complaint.
