Failed ISA Transfer

    Hello, I sent a transfer request for an ISA to be moved from vanguard to Tesco.The Tesco call centre tells me that they received my form on 1 May.Vanguard have just told me that they have not had any request from Tesco. Tesco should have actioned the transfer within five business days but this has not happened.How do I complain about this?Your general call centre number was not very helpful. Is there a direct line to your isa transfer team? Regards,

    I'm really sorry to hear about the issues with your ISA transfer . I'm afraid we don't have a direct number for the ISA team, but if you call us on 0345 678 5678, available 8am - 10pm through the week and 9am - 5pm at the weekend, our Savings team can look further into this for you. They'll also be able to open a complaint for you as well.
