I get Logged out Every Time I try to Access my Security Details.

    I want to change my password, which I assume I do via 'security detail' but, every time I click on the link, I get logged out with the following message "There's been an errorWe apologise for any inconvenienceIf you were in Online Banking when this error occurred then please log in again. We recommend that you restart your web browser before continuing." Please advise me of a way forward with this.

    Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. We can send you a Temporary Security Number (TSN) through the post which will reset your online banking and allow you to get logged in again. This can take between 3-5 business days to arrive and will be valid for 30 days – if you would like me to arrange this for you, please send a private message with your DOB and postcode. Please ensure all personal details are sent with a space between each of the characters – L I K E T H I S.
    Alternatively, you can call our Online Helpdesk anytime on 0345 300 3511 and request a TSN to be sent by text immediately once security is completed - Ross
