Credit on my account

    I have a positive balance on my credit card and so would like the money refunded back to me; however I can't see anything online as to how to request it.
    Also if I ring up there is no option for it nor is there any option to discuss your account with a human! I tried all the options and they just say 'to go back to the main menu'!
    Where is the personal touch when I just want to ask a simple question and get it sorted?

    Hi , thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to read that you had problems trying to speak with us. When you call us, select option 2, enter your card and security details, and you'll be given the option to speak to someone once the automated menu plays through twice.



    We don't have this is an immediate option as many customers are able to service their accounts using the other routes available, but this does depend on what they’ve called to do. When you call us back and follow the steps above, a member of our team will be able to arrange your refund.
