I have purchased a new iPad and so have set up my Tesco Bank app. I have always used it in my iPhone and old iPad with Touch ID. However, when I have downloaded the app onto my new device, the “enable Touch ID” option is missing from the menu. I have uninstalled and and reinstalled the app but still no joy. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks

I've had a very quick response! It looks like we've removed the fingerprint security option from our app running on the iPad due to the fact that iPads are often used by multiple users who may have also registered their fingerprints on the device. Essentially, we want to keep your account as secure as possible. I understand that this isn't as convenient, but you'll still be able to log in using a five digit security number instead.
