I want to make additional payment to my loan I'm thinking of using online transfer is the info same as account details. I've tried calling but waiting so long just to ask a simple question. Can you help.

That's good. I sent message on their messenger app and the rep said can use your account number and sort code to transfer.

Think I'll try the transfer like you said they contact you just to verify. Guess they'll soon will contact me regarding my transfer. Is there a minimum limit you can transfer.
