Hey.

On Tuesday I applied for a loan and got a provisional Approval but been asked to send in 3 months worth of Bank Statements along with the signed paperwork.

I returned the paperwork on Friday afternoon. Now I'm away on holiday from next Friday. What are the chances of finding out if its all gone through OK before I go? Also, why did they need to see 3 months worth of bank statements despite passing all credit checks?

Finally, if something happens I'm unsuccessful, do they explain why its been unsuccessful or just say "no"

Hi , thanks for your message. When we receive your signed documents, these will be processed within 2-3 business days, and as long as everything is acceptable, the funds will be transferred to your account.



You may have been asked for the bank statements for a number for reasons, such as proof of address or income. I can check to see if we have received your signed forms and give you an update if you send a private message to with your full name, DOB and postcode.



If you are unsuccessful we will be able to give you a brief explanation of why you were not approved.
