Touch-ID is no longer working on my Tesco Banking App

    Hello, I have always had Touch-ID working on my app on an iPhone 6. I haven't made any changes to the phone, or touched my Touch ID settings however everytime I log on to the app Touch ID is not an option and I have to manually enter my passcode and password. I have looked in my Touch ID settings and there is no option to select which Apps to use it for, so its not turned off for Tesco. It works on my other banking Apps. Any advice greatly received.

    Hi Mary, I'm really sorry to hear this. Can you try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to see if it allows you to get it set back up? Does it allow you to get access to your app when you enter in the security number instead of Touch ID? If you're still having issues after this, please let me know.
