Hi
I received an email notification that my promotion period was due to end so I amended my ddr to take out the FULL balance 5 days before it was due . However the payment hasn’t gone through and now I have a late payment charge on my account. I have never had a late payment EVER and don’t want to get a bad mark on my credit score due to a technical issue ....
Please help!
