    I sent a cheque to Tesco Finance in Lancing on 13th November which has still not appeared on my account. How long should this process take? How do I check Lancing has even received it? Tesco Customer Services cannot help and apparently cannot contact Lancing.

    Cheques should clear within 7-10 business days of receipt, although it certainly should be quicker. Due to the limits of this channel, we wouldn't be able to confirm receipt. If the funds haven't been debited from your bank account in the above timescales, please give our Savings Team on 0345 678 5678, available Monday to Friday 8am-10pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-5pm, and they can look into this further.
