    Hi

Thanks for all the comments on font size and colour. We have been looking into this and our analysis is that it is a little more involved than previously thought. However it is at the top of our list of changes and we will look to get this done asap.

We'll keep you posted with progress

Certainly won't be bothering with this community unless/until you give decent contrast between text and background, and configurable font-size. I could not even see what I was typing in on the registration form. This is so easily sorted out with alternate style-sheets. What is the difficulty?

I have to agree the colours and text are not very appealing or easy to read.

Hi guys - we've increased the font sizes across the site, let me know if this has made a difference. The colour of text is a wider discussion as this is consistent with the rest of the main Tescobank site.

But if it's something that's really causing a problem, please let us know here, and also tell us what device you're viewing the site with eg laptop sml screen, desktop lge screen, mobile, tablet etc.

    Jamie.

The size of the text looks a little bigger when posted but whilst typing it is still way too small and pale - I'm currently using an iPad to view this site

The text looks no different from 3 months ago? The only option is to make it bold from what I can see. I'm using my tablet. Agree with a previous post asking what the issue is, there are plenty of message boards across the web where you can adjust the text of your own posts. I have to pinch to make the area bigger to be able to see the writing

Hi guys, we did increase the font sizes, so if there's a specific point where it's still small let me know. The form for composing a post looks the same size to me but the line spacing is certainly less, making it tighter.

The font colour and style is consistent with the rest of the website and we've not had the same feedback there, but thanks for letting me know you're using an iPad, we might be able to do something device-specific.

Larger text .... NOOOOOO ! The OP complained about the text COLOUR being pale grey.Lack of contrast is hard work, causing eye-strain. The larger text size is a pain. Combined with wider line-spacing Users now have to "work" more - i.e scroll - because there is not enough content in one view. What is wrong with BLACK text ?Please check out .... contrastrebellion.com.... which points out that Worldwide Web Accessibility Standards for contrast are supposed to be minimums not maximums. Where there is too much empty (glaring) white space, it would be much better to make the background very slightly grey (or blue). Thank you

Without a friendlier UX there is no incentive to explore strange new products - or boldly go etc.....

Need some help?
