Current Account Payees

    I have a current account and I had added my current account with RBS as a nominated account. The account is showing twice in my list of payees. I have tried to delete online and through app. I am getting error message 'a payment has been scheduled for this payee, please cancel payment before deleting payee'. However I have no payment scheduled. I need to delete one of the payees. How can I do this?

    Sorry to hear you've had this trouble. I'm afraid we would need to ask that you give us a call on 0345 835 3353 so we can look into this. We aren't able to make changes to your account here and if the app is prohibiting you from doing so, we'd need to do this manually. Sorry for the inconvenience.
