Thanks for sending this on. I'm unsure as to why this isn't working for you, I'm afraid. The best thing to do is give our Online Helpdesk a quick call on 0345 300 3511 (24/7). Once on the phone, one of my colleagues can take a closer look at this for you.

Did anyone get anywhere with this? Just opened a second Internet saver account and would like to rename it in the app but it just shows as 'Internet Saver' like the first one does.

@Mungkystuff You can only rename your account via Online Banking on our website. Renaming your account online won't change how your account appears on the Mobile App. I'm afraid there's no facility to rename accounts on the Mobile App at the moment, however I have passed this on as feedback to the relevant team today.
