As the title says.. I am getting an error which tells me to close the browser and try again but obviously that doesn't work or I wouldn't be here! Is the service down for all? Cheers

Sorry to hear this. Have you been able to log in since messaging us? If not, could I ask you to try another browser? Can you also confirm if you are accessing the account from overseas?

Hi, not sure how to post new item but I can’t get into my online banking and haven’t been able to for over a year. I want to check my loan balance and check others things. It states my account is locked and device unknown. Any help would be appreciated? Is there anything that can be helped with COVID-19 at all? Regards
