Quickbooks and Tesco - one-time access code

    Hi there A recurring theme seems to be a struggle in connection between Quickbooks and Tesco Bank. At first it worked for me however I cannot access any transactions on Quickbooks from Tesco Bank over the last 2 weeks. Everytime I attempt to reconnect to Tesco through the Quickbooks app I am sent several one-time access codes in quick succession - sometimes three within the space of 2 minutes. The issue here is I don't know which access code to use - by convention I use the most recent one texted to me - however none of these work and I receive the message "That wasn't quite right. Try again. Your bank will send you a new code" (187) I've spoken to Quickbooks who say it's not a problem at their end which suggests it's an issue with Tesco. Either way I'm losing patience and will very soon leave both Tesco and Quickbooks at this rate and switch back to trusty Excel to do my accounts! Please send help. Sincerely,Frustrated self-employed

    Sorry how do I do this and can I please just speak to someone over the phone to discuss. I do not like using these methods to communicate my issues

    This happens with me sometimes on my budgeting apps like Emma. Wait for 5 mins for the code and then get 2 or 3 together. Or they have expired. Wish they would use a better method like Monzo/Starling with a fingerprint verification or magic link.Especially when you live in an area with poor/no phone signal. UK's network is awful for gaps in network signal.

    I'm having the same trouble (3 months now), quickbook will not link to my tesco bank account and each company will not takes any responsiblity and says its a problem with the other company what a farcy. If this continues I will have to bank elsewhere.
