Cheque not deposited

    I had a letter and a text in February from Tesco saying I need to cash a cheque sent from Tesco before it expires (a refund on loan payments). However I didn’t receive it in the post. I called Tesco bank customer services to request a new cheque in the post and the lady said she could process the cheque over the phone. This was mid February and it still hasn’t been deposited into my account. Does any one have any idea how long it can take Tesco bank to refund me with this cheque?
