Device Not Recgonised

    I am trying to re access my account after a while and it comes up saying Device not recgonised and says Switch to a device that is recognised or call us to request a Temporary Security Number. I need to access my account today and how do I do this today?

    we can send you a Temporary Security Number (TSN) to reset your online banking and allow you to get logged in again. If you require access today, please contact our Online Helpdesk anytime on 0345 300 3511 and we can arrange for a TSN to be sent by text immediately once security is completed - Joe

    My text number has changed since i registered! Can we not do it online today?

    There's no way to change this online I'm afraid. If you're being advised that you need a TSN, this means that your security has been locked and we’d need to reset this first before we can make changes to the account.



    You haven’t specified which account you have but we may be able to help with a query over the telephone. If you can tell me which product this relates to, I’ll provide the best number to call.



    Alternatively, we can send a TSN through the post. This can take between 3-5 business days to arrive and will be valid for 30 days – if you would like me to arrange this for you, please privately message with your full name, DOB and postcode - Joe
