In these times of finding the flour shelve empty can anyone recommend a flourless cake recipe please? Something fairly easy but good to eat.

There are recipes that use self-raising flour rather than plain flour which is in the shortest supply! I have been able to get self-raising quite easily. Here's one example recipe and we all loved it: https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/user/192...e/banana-bread

Will certainly give it a try especially as flour is hard to come by in the supermarkets just now.
