    I have filled the payment break form in for my Tesco loan due to Covid-19 but I have had no acknowledgment or response to say it has been received. Is this normal ?

    Hey , thank you for getting in touch. We normally would expect you to receive an email back from us about this advising you that we’ll be in touch soon and to cancel your direct debits with us in the meantime. This prevents us from taking another payment, if we haven’t processed this before your payment due date. I’m afraid the Team are experiencing an incredibly busy period, therefore it’s taking a little while for them to be able to come back with any updates. However, you should’ve still received the email advising that we’ll be in touch soon.



    Did you receive that at all? Can you also please double check your spam/junk folder? As long as you sent it to the email address in the form and didn’t receive any undelivered message, then we should’ve received this and will work on it as soon as we can - Cheryl
