Covid - 19 loan break

    Hi Team, I have been asked to fill out a Covid 19 loan break again, which I am happy to do but unfortunately I am unable to find my loan account number, could you let me know how I can find this out as I need this even to phone you

    Hi Team Filled in Covid 19 loan break form twice and received a reply text message both times and cancelled direct debit as requested but still keep receiving letters about missed payments, the one I received today is quite threatening, as i can see it I will have to pay the two missed payments to stop the threatening letters from you so could you send me a new direct debit form

    Hi , I'm sorry to hear about that. If you have received an automatic reply to your payment delay request, then please don’t worry. Please follow the steps within the email and ignore any correspondence regarding missed payments. We will be back in touch when your payment break has been applied. Any late payment fees will be refunded, and it will have no effect on your credit file.
