Payment holiday due to Covid

    Good morning, I applied for a payment holiday due to Covid19, this was agreed and I had a text message to confirm this however I have just got my credit report through and it has been recorded as a missed payment on my report. I did not cancel my direct debit and as I was aware given the circumstances this should not be reported on your credit report as a missed payment? Can you please let me know I how I can rectify this as I am very disappointed. Regards

    Hi I'm sorry to hear you've a missed payment on your credit report.I'm assuming this is a loan you have with Tesco Bank.To get this clarified you could send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message'. Click on then 'Send a Message' (top right hand side). Please include your full name, DoB, post code and account details this applies to. I'm sure someone from Tesco Bank will be happy to help.Hope this is helpful.
