Payment Holiday Court Threats

  • MJW's Avatar
Hi - i have a payment holiday in place (that took an age to sort out) i was told by you to cancel my direct debit.Im now getting court threats at least twice a week by letters saying i have to pay up or else face court and or bailiffs. Its a tough time as it is without getting these stressful letters - i have a called numerous times and have been told that all is ok - but to be honest i am a little worried that you have no idea and are just reading a script. Please advise as i'm concerned my credit rating and borrowing needs will be jeopardised by this. Please advise at your earliest convenience.

Hi , I'm sorry to hear about that. Can you please send over a private message to Tesco-Bank confirming your full name, DOB and postcode? I'll then be able to take a closer look - Kelly
