Co-vid break

    I applied for a break for the covid in March and got an email telling me to cancel all DD - which I did. I've still received letters etc. I am due to start repayments at the end of this month and having logged on this morning I've found I've been charged late payment fees on my CC aswell as over limit fees - does this not defeat the object.I also need to contact someone regarding my loan ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Morning I'm sorry you've been charged late payment fees. There are responses from Tesco Bank regarding these fees on this site stating 'Any late payment fees will be refunded, and it will have no effect on your credit file'.The Loans team can be contacted on 0345 600 6016 (Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm / Sat - Sun: 9am - 2pm).Hope this helps!
