Payment plan confusion

    Hello, I recently wrote to you regarding a payment plan as I had fallen a little behind. You wrote back to say that I can set up a payment plan. Then Covid-19 happened and you wrote to me saying that I didn't have to make any payments until October. Now I have received a letter stating over but paid you and if I don't pay you within 5 days you will record it as a default. However, I guess because of slow postage at these times the letter has been sent more than 5 days ago. I have also actually made a payment, although that payment didn't cover the minimum amount due I was told any payment would stop me from being recorded as default. So what advice from you am I supposed to follow?!
