Tesco loan holiday break - credit file affected

    Hi, Can you please help. I have taken a 3 month payment holiday but my credit file with all agencies is showing missed payments since I took it end of March. My score has fell dramatically and will affect my future plans. How can this be prevented? Many thanks Leon

    Good evening Leon, If you pop a Private Message to with your name, date of birth and postcode they'll be able to look into this further for you-Tesco Bank have publicly stated that no customers will be adversely impacted on their credit files as a result of the COVID-19 Repayment Holiday. When you click on the username in my reply on the next page you'll see the option to contact them in the top right hand corner.
