    Hi there, I was due to fly with Flybe to Amsterdam in April 2020. When the company went bankrupt, I submitted a claim to [email protected] on the 5th March 2020 as advised. However I haven't received any update since (more than 12 weeks later). Could you please provide me with an update as we do need the money back ASAP. Thanks in advance,Rom

    Hi I'm sorry to hear that.You could send Tesco Bank a 'Private Message', I'm sure someone would be only too happy to check this out for you & give you an update.Click on this link & it will take you to a page 'About Tesco-Bank'. In the top right of the page click 'Send a message', a new page opens up, 'Create New Message'. Complete it & send your message securely.
