Pending transaction shown for a cancelled transaction

    Hello,

    This question might have been asked before but I’m seeing a pending transaction for a payment that was rejected by the vendor. Will I need to delete this or call the support team for help?

    Hi I'm sorry to hear this.I'm sure someone at Tesco Bank would be only too happy to check this out for you.Click on this link & it will take you toa apage 'About Tesco-Bank. In the top right of the page click 'Send a Message', a new page opens up, 'Create New Message'. Complete it & send your message securely. Please include your full name, date of birth & post code.

    Hey , thanks for getting in touch. Pending transactions can show on the account for up to 7 days before dropping off. If it's been longer than this, then please give us a call on 0345 300 4278 (Mon - Sun: 8am to 7:30pm) and we'll be able to take a closer look for you.
